Ursa’s quest for femininity stems from her ten-year tenure in technology, which led her to realize that society expects us to conform to norms not aligned with our true nature. Balancing feminine and masculine energies in the business world is a mastery. Through various ceremonies involving dancing, drumming, writing, and participating in sisterhood circles, she empowers others to explore and heal their feminine essence. She strongly believes in uplifting society by awakening the feminine energy in each of us. Participating in various retreats globally has broadened her understanding of how feminine and masculine energies complement each other. Embracing the feminine has reconnected her with her creative power and flow. Growing up surrounded by nature, she holds a deep connection with Mother Earth, which she shares at her workshops. Her journey to India introduced her to Guru Amma and goddess mythology, which continue to support her along her path.
